The Art of Anger

In my experience, Christians aren’t great at being angry or rather, we aren’t very good at expressing that anger. I know I’m not. I’m very good at getting angry with myself, not very good at expressing that anger healthily and to be honest I’m not sure many of us are.

For me, anger hurts. Too often I have let it eat away at me, gnawing at my heart and anger. I don’t really have any profound thoughts or theories on anger – instead, an acknowledgment that anger is something I’m bad at dealing with, and a hope that someone, somewhere will hear those timeless words:

“You are not alone”
